Kelle Sherpy is a Strategist and Executive Coach with the exo18 team. She is a strategic executive and experienced leader with extensive experience in business, higher education, non-profit and ministry sectors. Kelle loves building people and organizations and excels at bringing vision to life by developing systems, culture, teams, and partnerships. She is accomplished at bringing growth and efficiency to organizations, as well as developing healthy leadership and culture.

Kelle is a former pastor at Gateway Church in Dallas-Ft Worth, and most recently the former Executive Director of Unlikely Heroes, an international industry leader in the anti-trafficking movement. As a former executive leader and pastor, Kelle comes alongside organizations to assist with scalability, leadership development, optimization, fundraising, and strategic initiatives that help organizations develop programs that deliver results and steward resources.

Skilled in organizational leadership and culture development, communication and strategy, Kelle is an engaging consulting professional providing fractional C-Suite leadership to various clients. Kelle resides in Frisco, Texas, with her husband Ryan and three daughters. A former Division I and professional volleyball player, Kelle continues to remain active in the volleyball community as a club volleyball coach and developing the next generation of female leaders.
