John Bascheri

Strategist

John Baschieri is a Strategist with the exo18 team and the founder and lead pastor of New Life Assembly in Lehigh Acres, Florida. John was called to the ministry on a mission trip to Columbia, South America in 1973. The focus of John’s ministry is to reach people with the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. Through his unique and down-to-earth teaching style, he has been able to impact people from every walk of life. John serves on several national and international ministry boards and has traveled to 29 countries. His years of experience leading the organization he founded from infancy to a thriving mega-church gives him the ability to come alongside a wide variety of Executive Leaders and help them grow.

John and his wife Diane are passionate about life, ministry, and family. They have three grown children and are proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.
