Brian McNabb

Strategist

Brian McNabb is a Strategist with the exo18 team. He has served as a Pastor for 20 years with a wide range of staff leadership experience in churches with congregations of 200 to churches with congregations of over 30,000. He has lead student ministries, worship ministries, small group ministries, guest experience ministries, young adult ministries, and currently serves as a campus Pastor of The Bridge in Oklahoma. Growing up as a Pastor’s kid and watching his father serve as Lead Pastor for 42 years, Brian gained great insights into the complex dynamics of a growing church.

Brian has merged decades of Pastoral experience with his passion for leadership and strategic consulting to help other leaders develop a culture of health and growth within their organization. Brian consults clients nationally and has a history of success working with church executive teams, pastors and their staff. Skilled in communication, team building, leadership & culture development, Brian is also an engaging Consulting Professional and Coach with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
